Begin by thoroughly washing the kiwi to get rid of any dirt or fuzz from its skin. Use a knife to slice off both of the ends to form flat surfaces and expose the fruit inside. Next, insert a metal spoon and slide it between the skin and the flesh of one of the ends of the kiwi. Continue to press the spoon against the inside of the skin and gently rotate it all the way around the fruit in a single, smooth motion to separate its skin from the flesh. After you have rotated it all the way around, the entire kiwi fruit should fall out easily from its skin.
